First Lutheran Church recognizes the importance of nurturing faith formation in children. We understand that worship is a formative experience that helps shape their understanding of God's love and grace. During worship, we want children to participate with their families in the fullness of our liturgical experience. During the readings and sermon, an age-appropriate lesson is offered in our lounge for children Kindergarten through 5th grade. We also provide children's bulletins and worship activity bags for those wishing to stay in the sanctuary. We invite children and families to join us as we worship together, nurturing a love for God, fostering a deeper understanding of our traditions, and building memories that will shape their spiritual journey for years to come.
