Post-Worship Forum: It's Not the End of the World

During this Season of Creation please join us after worship, September 1, 8 and 29, for a series of forums based on the new book “Not the End of the World” by Hannah Richie. Ms. Richie is a young Scottish Climate Scientist who teaches at Oxford University. Her premise is that we need to stop engaging in doomsday thinking and look at the data. She shares how, over a wide range of topics, our actions are making a difference. While there is work to be done there is much to celebrate.   Pastor Kurt will present portions of the book and then lead discussion.

This Sunday the 8th well continue our discussion of Not The End of the World by Hannah Ritchie after worship. You may wish to watch her 15 minute TED Talk prior to Sunday.
